The focus of our work is showing the influence of microclimates and different soils on every grape. This emphasizes the authentic character of each wine, making it unique in taste and quality.
The winemaker's task is to bring out the full possible aroma of the grape. This is not as easy as it sounds - it means precision combined with patience to give the grapes the possibility to develop their special, natural aroma.
